Is it weird that I'm totally psyched up to go to spin class??! Who would've thought that I would enjoy it so much?! I think I've found the exercise that really excites me enough to keep me reaching for my goals.:) The class is great because it really pushes me to push the limit physically, but not so much that I can't walk the next day. For anyone out there reading this I highly encourage you to give it a try! My class is especially awesome because they turn off the lights, turn on a disco ball and crank the jams! They call it Club Cycle, so it's a blast!:) Company coming this week, trying to get a ton done, but keeping focused! Father God, please help me to endure and take care of the temple You've given me! May you be exalted in the choices I make.
