So, as of the last two weeks I've started a FABULOUS new hobby, and it is couponing!:) You wouldn't believe how much I've saved our family on our essential items and groceries...over $200! I'm loving it, because I get to shop without blowing the budget. I've gotten stuff such as medicines, razors, diapers, all for about $1/each. AMAZING!:)
Another reason I especially love this hobby is because it gives me something to do when I'm home alone at night at bored, rather than read or watch TV. I go through them, organize them, keep my mind busy and off of food! LOL.
I'm ALMOST at the 30lb mark and am anxiously awaiting it! I felt so good today when I looked in the mirror. I had on a cute pair of jeans with a fun jacket and I felt confident. MY husband even came home today and picked me up for no apparent reason other than the fact that he likes what he sees and appreciates it.:) It's AMAZING what losing some weight has done for our relationship. I think it really shows him I DO care about his feelings and opinions. I'm working hard and you know what? its paying off.
One day at a time. Lord, help me to stay strong through this month. You know my daughter will be in the hospital and it's going to be stressful. Please hold me close and help me glorify YOU in ALL I do!
