Hi yeeyee🙋♀️ I don't know what plan you're using but I know from my own experience that there are some keys things to keep in mind....
Find out what your RDI (recommended daily intake) is with the FS app
Then write down every single thing you eat and how many calories it was
Also, increase your water intake
