I got my nutritional macros from http://www.ruled.me/ using his keto-calculator my RDI should be:
1723 Total Calories
79% Fat - 152g (1365 Calories) 16% Protein - 70g (278 calories) 5% Carbs - 20g (80 calories)
or as close to that as I can manage. I have been doing pretty good so far, the first two days I ended up with too many calories from too much protein, I had to really work on increasing the pure fats and get them into my system without using meat as a shovel, the recipe for Bulletproof coffee helped out muchly there. I can get all of those fats in early in the morning and that is my hardest meal to eat, so the coffee lets me put my fats into my favorite beverage and no chewing, I can't stand chewing before 10 am!
