Right! You can do it!
I've been reading in the news a lot that if you clench your fists really hard while you have your cravings - or in my case - when I have my craving staring me right in the face - that its easier for you to move on without giving in. I've yet to try it just for the simple fact that I can't remember to do it, but I'm going to try it! Sounds to simple to work though.

I'm going to try that. Yesterday I was craving chocolate so badly!! I ate a miniature 3 musketeers. It was 56 calories but it was good. I logged it and moved on. I didn't beat myself up. I just have to learn that I can still eat what I crave as long as I don't overdo it. Thanks for the tip!
