Went to the gym again today. I went yesterday also. Spent about an hour and 15 minutes each day. I am getting into a routine of one day doing some lighter cardio, but then doing all of the weight machines and then the next day doing heavier cardio and only doing the ab machines. When I get home I feel great and have so much energy I almost have a hard time sitting still. Yesterday I cleaned the whole house without feeling over worked. This is great!!!
