Had a big breakfast this morning because I have a lunch meeting and I know they'll have pizza, which I can't eat. If anything I can grab some salad greens and be done with it.
DID NOT GET ON THE SCALE THIS MORNING. It was hard not to though. I really wanted to.
I did great at the gym last night, and I don't hurt so much this morning as I did last week. I still don't know how I was doing that two days a week though WITH the step class too. Damn.
