Well, that's embarrassing though it's not surprising. I've been eating a lot of extra protein in the last few weeks since I started running again. Apparently too much, as well as too many treats. It's time to start listening to what my girlfriend has been telling me and eat only when I need to.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
