ONE YEAR LATER!!
This day, 365 days ago, I weighed 315 lbs. Today I just weighed in at 190 lbs. I went from a 3XL-4XL shirt to a M-L shirt. I went from a 48 waist to a 32 waist. I couldn't have done it without the support of my friends & family. Thank you all.
