So yesterday I did mindless eating and tracked it. Definitely an eye opener with my calorie intake coming in at 3,446. This is a really good reason for me to pay attention to what I eat and how much of it I eat. I sit at a desk for 7 hours out of the day and throwing mindless eating in there, no wonder I'm still over 230 pounds!
