Went to the gym again today. Third day in a row. I am pretty sore so I concentrated more on cardio than weights. Did elliptical, 2 ab machines and then the exercise bike. Party tonight. I do not know what the food will be like, but I will try to be good, while still enjoying myself. I may have one drink, but maybe not.
