Understandably I have gained weight because I have been weight training for two weeks. Muscle weighs more than fat. I will incorporate a bit more aerobic activity: increase elipitical and treadmill time and intensity. I have dropped a size, but overall I have lost 7 1/2 inches from waist from Belly Fat Cure. I am not
disappointed because Others are noticing my transformation and since the beginning of the year I have lost 15 lbs.
173.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Actually it's most likely muscle edema. When you weigh train, you get little tears in the muscle fibers. Water replaces to help heal the muscle and tissues. It can show on the scale as a temporary gain. It actually takes women months of hard work to gain actual muscle. But keep going. You will get smaller and it will go away.
