I have a weakness for sweets, i eat sweets on a daily basis. i do not know how to avoid this.

If you eat them in moderation, measure your portions and caloric intake, and they don't make you want more sweets, then have them, lol. I plan a sweet snack every day. It might be a cookie, ice cream or a piece of chocolate. Life's too short too short. I want to enjoy my food as I lose weight. But some people can't have the sweets because it makes them crave more. So do what is best for you. Just plan what you want in to your diet.

Eish that is not easy. I just eat a lot at one go. But i am willing to make what ever it take that i lose this weight. Thanks i will try harder to moderate my intake.

Is there any sweet in particular that you have a craving for or is it a more general thing? I've always been more into crisps/potato chips which are quite calorific, but more recently I've been swapping those for popcorn which is about half the calories. It's not the same but it's in the same ball park and I do enjoy it. If it's chocolate bars, maybe you could alternate between those and boiled sweets like humbugs etc or cereal bars.

Until you get sugar out of your diet, you will always be in a vicious craving cycle for more sweets. I have been there and am now free from those cravings. Wishing you luck in finding what works for you.
