I did physio exercises this morning & this evening. I have never done this kind of exercise before, so still trying to figure our what a 'rep' is and what a 'set' is somewhat confusing, as I have to keep track on the physiotherapists app.
I also found a local resort hotel with an indoor pool where I can swim lengths. That has been a challenge, due to COVID restrictions. Most of the hotels limit pool use to overnight guests now, locals cannot pay to use the amenities.
I still have to find some local gym with a recumbent bike that I can pay to use. I have never been in a gym, and not looking forward to it at all. I may have to end up buying the bike to use at home instead.
