Rick, I’m comfortable at this weight…I’m looking to increase muscle mass slowly while maintaining body fat percentage. I’m not a bulk and cut guy…I just cut why would I bulk again right? I learned where my maintenance calorie level is and I’ll stick around that 2200-2500 level and keep working out the same way I have been. I’ll add weight to my lifts as my strength improves, but I don’t plan on changing my diet plan at all. And if I do decide to have a cup of Cinnamon Chocolate Churros I won’t be posting pics of it. 😉

Just going from a deficit to maintenance calories is going to be a whole new world of strength in the gym. Going into maintenance for a while is a good idea , we all need to give our bodies a break., but at some point you should give a surplus a try. Even if it's only +250-300 calories. You will be setting PRs left and right and I don't mean beating last week by 1 rep. You'll be throwing 5s on each side. Either way, you're doing great . Keep at it. 👍🏻💪🏻

Your form looks good HK3 - Lean and fit and healthy and actively learning. Good for you and all your hard work to get there. 5 months and 40 pounds loss done in a healthy and nutritional food plan - believe it or not - many people cannot make that journey. Good for you - The transformation is astronomical. (I will be looking for you at the reunion - okay - Just kidding man) Coffee is on - MR Lean & Mean

3000 calories today…I had to. Scale actually said 159.5lbs this morning and I just don’t know that I belong down there. My original goal was 170. We’ll see what happens. Thanks for all the support, everyone!
