Wow! Waking up at 4:45 to work out is going to be a challenge! But, I did it. Week 1 Day 1 of P90X is done. Whew! I'm sure not if it's my age or because it was so early or because I haven't worked out in while, but it was hard this morning!
Also, not happy about a weight gain 2 or 3 days in a row. Hopefully this will even itself out at some point. Next week is TOM, so I'm going to keep the faith.

yeah, I know. I did one round last year. My goal is to get in 2 rounds this year and to never take a hiatus from working out ever again!
