I am still trying to redirect my focus... there is so much going on it is hard to target my eating habits right now, I want to keep going I love the way I feel when I eat right and exercise... I get motivated when I watch the biggest loser... and I want to keep that motivation going... but it seems to fissle off. I really need someone here to do this right along side me so we can work together.
