I was thinking of reheating a couple of leftovers tonight for dinner when my wonderful neighbors showed up on my door step with a full on chicken curry dinner with the curry and rice, homemade tortillas , cucumber onion salad and something else that I couldn’t quite identify but it was awesome. They are just the most caring people and I care about them a whole lot. And am so thankful for their presence in my life.

They are truly wonderful people and we have been good friends for a long time. They had lived next door to me for a couple of years and we had a “hi” type of relationship. One night I came home late from work and had not eaten for probably 12+ hours and I could smell those wonderful Indian aromas wafting around my house. I picked up a fork, and plate, went and knocked on their door and said FEED ME!!! We have been best friends every since. We have keys to each other’s houses and cars just in case of a major emergency.. we really do look out for each other .
