I usually don't write before I weigh in, and I weigh in tonight, but , I am feeling like it. I think I am going to be under 300 tonight. I did go to Chicago this week for the 1D concert, and I ate a few meals out, and I had a few drinks, but I also did a lot of walking, and I worked out 6 days last week. The days I was home, I did pretty good. Its very hard to be so disciplined when you are on vacation. And, in a big city, on the 47th floor in a beautiful place, I felt like celebrating!! So, lets hope the self control I did use, is enough. I have a good feeling. I will post after my weigh in. Hope everyone is having a day that counts!!
