Slept 6hrs. To bed 335am. To sleep 345am. Awake 1000am with alarm.

B coffee, 3 water.
L 1230pm: 1/2 Greek salad, 10 green beans, 21g whole wheat tortilla w hummus, 1/2 tomato, turkey burger, 2 water. coffee.
D 608pm: bowl tri-colour bean soup topped with parmesan & yogurt, 2 multigrain toast with cheddar cheese, 1 slice extra lean ham, 1 egg, 1/2 tomato, banana, 2 water
Sn 720pm: hot chocolate made with water, cranberry almond cookies, bowl popcorn, 3 water.
284.5 lb Lost so far: 61.5 lb.    Still to go: 138.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
