Good news..my hubby has started doing some exercise. Little steps! He decided to do the sit up challenge that I did recently. He started on Sunday doing the 10 sit ups a day. I want him to lose weight and be healthy, but I have avoided pushing because NO ONE CAN LOSE WEIGHT FOR YOU! I had hoped that he would choose to walk with me in the evenings and start dieting. He DOES NOT eat vegetables, except potatoes, corn, ice burg lettuce or fried okra. He does not eat fruit, except grapes and melons. He does not eat mayo, salad dressing, sour cream, or any of the unhealthy fattening condiments that I love so much. He eats meat and potatoes! I have changed how I cook and thought he would lose weight just by those changes, but he must be making up for it at lunch. Hopefully he will get motivated.

I did not get as much exercise yesterday as I had hoped. The weather did not cooperate for me to walk at lunch, and the clothes that I had brought to walk in were too old and sloppy to walk in the mall at lunch time in them. I would run into to many business associates there looking VERY unprofessional. I went to jog on the treadmill last night, but after a mile and a half I had to stop. I was having painful spasms in my right foot. I did do my 100 sit ups and 20 reverse crunches yesterday. I am going to try walking again today at lunch. I brought clothing that will be okay to walk in the mall if the weather is not good at lunch time. It continues to look dreary and like it may rain.

Tonight will be walking, crunches and sit-ups. And some more house cleaning. We are having breakfast foods for supper tonight. They will likely cook some bacon. I will have Fiber One waffles, SF syrup and some egg beaters.
