How do we survive all these Christmas eating events?!! It's been a week and a half now and I don't see it calming down. You will see me rolling! 👀😳🐖🐖🐖😆😆

my mother in law has already started baking cookies. i can't go into her house with being offered some ..

Homemade cookies and cakes are delicious! Who can resist that?!! I just try to keep all these foods within my calories, I hope that saves me!! 🤣🤣

@Sancrisg Optifast form part of a Very Low Calorie Diet . Involving meal replacements ( shakes) and vegetables mostly .
