Old habits are hard to break~! I have my first child going away to college so I have been experiencing STRESS eating. Anyone else fall back into this bad habit? I am very aware of it so I am going to start the new month going back to my daily recording of food intake and exercise/activity. I have also hit a plateau in my weight loss so I am going to resume intermittent fasting. In the past this has proven to be beneficial in removing cravings for sugar and salt. I aim to fast for 14 hours from the hours of 10PM to noon. The hours I can eat I will aim to east sensibly and in moderation. I only wish I could kick the diet soda habit!

Don't worry about the stress eating. Moved houses last week and strayed. If it takes us 2 weeks to lose a pound, we cannot take a pound in one week. Just get back on track this week and forget about it.
