Journal Backdated to Thursday, Nov 18, 2021 Another picture of my salad. Last evening I took my elderly parents & myself out for a restaurant meal in a local fish & chip restaurant on Vancouver Island. My parents had clam chowder followed by cod fish & chips with creamy coleslaw. But I did not feel envious or deprived as I had this large & yummy prawn salad with orange-lime soy vinaigrette. 😋🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐 I calculated it to be 373 calories & 12.29g protein
