Gee, didn't realize I haven't made a journal entry since Saturday! It has been a busy & stressful week so far at work and with personal issue. But I'm ok. Just tired. My weight snuck up and then down and now seems to have settled at 173 for now. But that is better than in the 180s! So I'll just take it one day at a time. I don't seem to have cravings like I use to, but I cut out strawberries and substituted sugar free jello for that sweet tooth evening snack so that helps. I haven't been able to shake the almonds at night though. It is tough when they are on the freezer waiting for me! BUT I vow NOT to buy anymore once these are gone. So at least that is some type of positive approach. I just have to remind myself that, THIS IS FOR ME!
