I'm still losing weight despite not sticking to a my Keto diet.
I keep consuming too many carbs especially sugar cookies and candy after meals, However, I still eat 1 - 3 meals a day with rarely any snacking in between.
As I've reported I haven't been able to get to the store and buy the foods I want for my diet.
My goal is to reach my goal of 185 by 11/30/2021!
