Lost a little more weight today, 0.6 pounds. Looking at my weight history I'm almost on target with my 2008 weight loss goals, but at least I am starting from a much lower point this time around.

Had some yummy Almond and Pecan waffles this morning made from almond flour. Drizzled on some DaVinci Sugar-Free Pancake flavored syrup and some butter - oh yum! I used that recipe a few years ago when first watching the Drs Eades on their PBS show Low Carb CookwoRx. Just had to limit myself to only 1, but it was a big waffle.

Staying as diligent as possible with logging my food, which is so much easier this time around, now that I have a smart phone and there's an application that lets me scan packages. I still double check to make sure that the information I'm scanning is the correct information in the database because it doesn't always match up. Sometimes it's the wrong product that comes up or users have entered information incorrectly. Can't take anything for granted.

Since adjusting my diet last Monday, the weight has just been coming off. All I have to do now is keep on keeping on.
