been off and was feeling down but decided to begin again. Tomorrow I'm going on an old diet that I had success with in the past and generally liked it. Seemed to help with my moods also. Basically it is eating certain foods, I wish I could find the actual little booklet that had it listed but I think I remember the foods; vegies; cucumber, celery, lettuce, green pepper, green onions, dill pickles, white fish, like flounder, cod, cottage cheese no fat yogurt (I like Greek) no sugar jello, strawberries, cantaloupe, lemon juice, I think that is basically it. Has anyone ever heard of it?
