Starting the Belly Fat Cure today. It has been a long journey to get to a place where i was ready and able to focus on losing weight. (nasty divorce, custody battle, getting back to work full time) I realized I'm very good at many things and solving problems--if i put that energy into ME i could do great things. : ) so I am first now.
Also signed up with a trainer 3 times a week (started this week) Almost bailed on a session because of a last minute meeting at work and reminded myself, me first, my job--while awesome--is not my life. Politely declined and made the session.
I choose the Belly Fat Cure to start with because it's very easy to track and stay accountable. It's sometimes inline with my food values (low sugar, no artificial sweeteners) but somethings don't work for me (sugar alcohols, soy, a little too carby for me to feel awesome. I keep gluten free as much as possible) Hoping to stick with this for a month or two and move to ultrametabolism or paleo (how i usually like to eat--but then add in other crap too that doesn't let me lose weight)
