I'm 155cm tall and weigh roughly 56-57kg and trying to lose more body fat. I have the eufy app which tells me my 'normal' weigh is between 40 - 48kg. Is it just me or does anyone else find this a bit too low?? I weighed around that range when I was 12 😕😨

Seems low, Online BMI calculator s suggest 45-56!

those general calculators don't take bone structure and body type into consideration. my "ideal" weight for my age and height is honestly unrealistic because I have fairly wide shoulders and I have no intention of trying to get that low.

yes but they can be off. because bone density, muscle mass and even age can change what you should weigh. Some people also hold more water as well.

be careful, getting down to low, and if you get sick, you will not have enough on you to fight it, listen to the old folks. 🥰👌

I think that is a bit ridiculous, I am just slightly taller(157cm) and the suggested range is about 53kg - 56kg!

hi. in the same high as you. for me comfortable weight is 47 km, when I was 43 I looked seek

Mmmmm…… pls don’t rely on this type of info. I am 159cm & apparently 60-65kgs was healthy! Absolutely not, yes I must admit I looked good & masked it with muscle mass, but now I look back on photos & I could have been seen as ‘healthy looking’ but really I looked a bit anorexic & I hardly ate & worked out a lot.
