I want to thank everyone who suggested that I take pictures of myself at the start of my journey. I've been struggling to see any changes even though I've lost almost 30 lbs. I took new pictures today and I can definitely see a big difference! I'm so incredibly grateful to everyone on FS. Thank y'all so much ❤
