Body is sore tonight from yesterday's workout especially my upper chest and arms. Need to keep doing the upper body ones to help tone and reduce those granny wings. That's what I get for not going for a few weeks. Will take gym clothes along tomorrow and decide if I should push it or allow one more day for recovery

Still messing with the mower, hoping it will start tomorrow.

Keep going, I envy your sore body because I am still to start with exercising. I am extremely lazy.

It's a good sore. Trainer says 2 days between workouts, doc who is also a sports medicine specialist says 1 or 2 if sore. Will see how the day goes.

I woke up sore today. I fought with my vacuum yesterday. Reminded me of your uncooperative lawn mower. :)

Deb, hate things that don't work!!! Did you get it working? Am going to have to take it in to be fixed. Grrrr.

I think tomorrow you should work on the lower half of the body and give the upper half a rest.

I vacuumed and gave my arms and legs a workout maneuvering it, but I didn't even hear a sound that it is picking up anything. I think I need a new vacuum!

Aww... been there. I usually take the dang things apart and find gunk clogging it somewhere. I end up filthy and head for the shower!!
