Went to exercise and did 20) minutes on the nu-step= 1.07 miles; lazy machine; 30) leg lifts; and about 30) upper body.
I seem to have lost a little interest/ in increasing rep's with my exercise. It will be 5) months the end of next week that I have exercised daily at the center.
That's a good thing!
