Man I am full! Although it is a different full..not like the binge full from eatting fast food and candy, but satisfied full. I went over the points today because the sugar got to me. I had a small very small piece of pound cake for my dad's bday and then once I got that little fix, I wanted more, so I had the ww shake. It's only 3 points so its not horrible, but without the cake and that I would have been right at my points for the day.
But ya gotta live. I also took the day off from the gym
I promise myself to get to the gym after work and eat good during the day leaving myself points for some tasty friday beverages:)
