Having a day off from running today, will walk a lot today tho so I'm not worried. I usually feel guilty on days off for some reason. I feel like my feet need a break.

LOL, that's cute Coach, funny but that's what I did to my friend at the swimming pool when I didn't know how to swim! Natalie - feels so good to have a day off! :) I walked a lot tho.
