I put in all of my food from yesterday- I knew I didn't need that pita at the end of the day-- but damn it I WAS stomach hungry. Proud of my swimming yesterday, proud of my food choices ( even if I did go over my allowance). The soreness is leaving my legs, but I feel it in other areas-- which is a good thing. Feeling hopeful after a solid deep sleep. Yay!
