Yesterday's journal was pretty down (although it was sparked by a situationally positive event). I couldn't sleep tonight and want to try and stay a little better connected from here out (no more month and half hiatuses, lol). So I thought I would share a more recent picture of the boys and myself. The above picture was taken last Tuesday while we were waiting to take a family picture for our church's directory book. I can't really complain about how I look =) I've posted this one before in comparison because it was our zoo trip in August last year (that we took in the spring instead of summer this year).
The two pictures are taken very nearly a year apart (off by about a week)and the change is so easy to see. Which makes me happy =) I'm still technically overweight, but I'm less then 10lbs from being within the healthy weight range for my height... so close I can nearly taste it ;-) I hope everyone has a wonderful day!

WOW, you are looking good. I am struggling and back on Fat secrets. I am grateful and am 5 lbs lighter but I can't seem to get a grip on my eating. I am starting today to stay within 1400 and 1500 calories per day and exercise 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week. I need your support.
