Yesterday was not so great. I had a horrible headache and was peckish all day long. I had: Cereal and milk--5 points One original Krispy Kreme donut--5 points microwave lunch--5 points snack--2 points teaspoon of peanut butter--1.5 points cup of milk--4 points 4 triscuits--2ish points Dinner-- no telling Ice cream--2 points
26.5 points plus dinner
I think that's it. Going to work out extra tonight because I weigh in tomorrow. It's girl time, I'm grumpy, and I don't want to be set back because of a bad weigh in. Worried.
Today's been better:
Cereal and milk: 4 points lunch: 8 points and lots of water. It's 2:00pm
Feeling a little better.
