Inflammation up. Had my 3rd Covid full shot as I’m autoimmune. Having a Lupus flare so I believe this one is working. Pizza! Too many carbs, not enough protein. It will go back down! Just not hungry today. Covid side effect. I had it both previous times. Not the way to lose, but I’ll take it.
