I had a PMS out of control day yesterday. I cannot begin to count the calories or add my lunch since I went for Chinese buffet. I did only have one plate. But I did pile it a little more than I normally do b/c I knew I couldn't go back for seconds. This adjustment will be difficult but next time I'll do better and just get my favorites and not get additional items. This is what my lunch consisted of:
Butter Shrimp ~ a cup Fantasy Chicken ~ a cup Crab Rangoons - 2 pcs Broccoli in some kind of clear sauce Noodles ~ a cup Mongolian beef ~ a 1/4 cup Teriyaki chicken - 1 piece, about 2 oz
1 scoop of chocolate ice cream 1 scoop of oreo ice cream
