I am still sick but feel like I am on the upswing. Feel good about eating only fruits, veggies and beans for the next 9 days. I think I can do it since I LOVE fruits. That low carb crap that cuts out fruits just seems wrong! Off to the market to stock up on good stuff. Did my 5 Tibets this morning and hope to walk or bike later. Drinking my water!
