I'm still here. After taking a week off from my usual routine. I fasted yesterday for 36 hours. It was easy as always until I began watching The Great British Baking Show and then I began to fee hungry, switched to Person of Interest and the hunger went away,Ha!
I still find it easier to not eat than to hold my intake to 1200 Kcal a day. I am still a total newbie wrt keto eating. I got a couple of cookbooks and will let you know what I think of them when I start using them. Just reading them so far.
Winter is coming up here in the Northland. I have done all the winterizing chores so I am ready for cold weather. Snug in my house and awaiting snow and ice. I love hibernating although I know lots of folks don't.
