After getting to 123 lbs and lifting everyday, I feel like that perfect body brought me into a relationship that gave me tremendous pain and suffering. I went into a deep depression after leaving him. I have not worked out since last summer. I have not followed any diet. I have gained 30 pounds. It is time to get back on track with taking care of myself. I am worth it. I don't need to be "perfect". I just want to feel healthy. My goal is 130-135 and to workout 3 days a week and walk 30 min a day. I took things way too far before. Being a size zero was a vanity thing. A size 4-8 is fine, then most all my clothes will fit again... I can do this. I know how. Eat right, exercise, have a food plan (before) I eat it, and be realistic.
