Okay so for Today (maybe at 12)I will have a 24 g bowl of jungle oats (just water added) and a 4 g supplement (for iron,zinc ,ect,)after 3 minutes I will take 1/2 of my calcium tablet and a cup of clear green tea (just water added)= 97 Kcal

At 15;00 I will have 193 g of Belgium yogurt after 3 min the other half of my calcium tablet and lemon tea = 100 Kcal

I will be drinking lots of water through out the day

total = 197 Kcal

You need to start eating healthy, living on cereal and yogurt is not healthy. eating a balance of vegetables, fruits, proteins, healthy grains, low sugar, that cereal has to much sugar in it. a good cereal, is one that you make from scratch, oatmeal,, flax, chia seed, cereals. Your carbs are too high. Your protein needs to be higher then your carbs.

Starving is not the way to lose weight for the long haul. And all those vitamins are just creating expensive urine.

This is a great way to atrophy your muscles, including your heart muscles.

Wow. If you're going to crash diet, which I wouldn't recommend, your protein has to be at 1 - 1.5g/lb, and you must lift weights in order to keep your muscles. You could literally die from what you're doing. Like someone else said, your heart is a muscle, a very important one that does hard work, you don't need that muscle atrophying. You can only metabolize a set amount of fat daily, anything else you are losing will be muscle and water. The latter two you don't want to lose. Please consider starting a more sensible diet.

You will make yourself really sick following that routine..end up with malnutrition.
