Well fell off the Diet Wagon this week but manage to get back on. Had a movie night with my friend and I scarfed down 3 slices of Pepperoni pizza. Was planning on only eating 2 slices but it taste so good to me since I hadn't had pizza in about a year I couldn't help myself going back for the 3rd slice. Did raise my blood sugar but on a good note I still managed to lose a pound this week.
