Wow, a lot of homemade muffins today, I feel left out. I do have Bobos, their good and filling.😋
Yet, yours looks better!👍

I should add that it is whole wheat and low sugar ☺️ One of the reasons I prefer to bake my own. Baking is also therapeutic, in a way.

Baking is therapy❣ That's why baking jobs don't pay well. The industry knows it.
Bread making by hand is the ultimate therapy❣❣
I bet you would be good at it. Something earthy about hand mixing, kneading, shaping the dough. If you have a mind to it, give it a go. It can be a fun new thing for you.
I was mainly a rice eater, until I hand made my own bread. No stand mixer, just hands & arms. decent workout. The household gained 20#s the first year.
Skinny chefs, don't eat what they cook. They just feed others.😅

ACBelle, I've been hooked on toast (with healthier multi-seed 🍞) recently. Baking bread will be nice challenge! Thank you for the idea!
