Salmon and rice mixed in fish skin? Smoked?

hi yohoyoh, I think she steamed the salmon and mixed with Japanese mayo and rice. We then wrapped it in squares of roasted nori. It’s a version of a recipe that’s circulating on social media. ☺️ I didn’t take quite the calorie hit that I expected. Maybe because my daughter used a lot of salmon. It was delicious!
