going to go watch a movie called "fathead" that i just read about on here..apparently its available on netflix....i may post about it later if it's any good.

just watched 'super size me' and 'fathead'...both are excellent movies and time well spent. personal takeaway....accept that you need to spend 2 hours a day cooking your own food and don't eat from restaurants of any kind more than once a month. when you make fried chicken at home you know about the quality of the meat and cooking ingredients...when you buy from restaurant you are likely getting crap meat from crap chickens cooked in crap oil/ingredients....cook your own at home.
