Today was a challenging day, I spent lot of time scheduling MRI, Cat scan and Echo Cardio gram. These are being done for my neck pain and heart condition. All will be completed in the next 3 weeks. So my exercising will be adjusted to easy does it.
I did work on my drawing of an Scarlet Ibis or grill Monkey in water soluble graphite.
It is really a challenge for me to stay positive and keep trying to lose my excess weight. My art does help me not to give up.

But you can and you know why. Even without exercise you can do breathing exercise. Did you know weight loss is not from what goes down the toilet? It is from the carbon you breath out in CO2. If you look on youtube there are some excellent breathing videos for singers. Or just sing (with some volume) as you draw.

Great idea - But I might scare my cats and neighbors. I sound like a fog horn out of tune.
