Well I didn't go over on carbs but my calorie intake for the day was horrible! I have been so busy today getting everyoneand everything ready for Cattle round up the rest of the week - I just never got the calories in! Well maybe now that everyone is at Cow Camp and situated, I can get myself situated with eating properly. I just need to get my 3 meals and good snacks back on track. It seems that if I miss breakfast may whole day gets out of wack. Well off to bed and start fresh (with breakfast) tomorrow. EVERYONE HAVE A BLESSED THURSDAY!

So glad to see you back again. Sorry to hear you all have been so sick, but glad to hear you are feeling better now. I've kinda been MIA some lately. Spring is in the air and my allergies have had me with a horrible headache. I wouldn't worry too much about your calories right at this moment, just get yourself back in ketosis and have a clean induction and I'm sure the rest will work out just fine.
